By using ContentMultiplier ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What ContentMultiplier Does

ContentMultiplier is an AI-powered tool that transforms your written content (blog posts, articles, newsletters) into platform-specific formats like tweets, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, YouTube scripts, Instagram captions, SEO meta content, and TikTok scripts.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One person per account. Don't share your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You own your content. You retain all rights to the text you submit and the AI-generated output. ContentMultiplier does not claim ownership of your input or output.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI systems solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. AI-Generated Content

• AI output is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere.
• We do not guarantee that AI output is free from errors, bias, or factual inaccuracies.
• AI-generated content may occasionally be similar to content generated for other users. It is not guaranteed to be unique.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you don't have the right to use
• Use the Service to generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Free & Paid Plans

• Free plan: Limited to 5 generations per day. All 7 output formats included.
• Paid plans (Creator, Team): Higher usage limits and additional features as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the free plan.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Azure AI, Clerk, Stripe, Vercel) and may experience downtime due to factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

ContentMultiplier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, reputational damage, or errors in AI-generated content.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
